By this Civil Application, the petitioner seeks restoration of the Writ Petition which came to be dismissed for want of removal of office objections.

For the reasons stated in the Civil Application, Civil Application is allowed in terms of prayer clause 'B' and 'C' subject to the petitioner's depositing cost of Rs.1000/- within a period of one week with the Library, Advocates Association, High Court of Bombay, Bench at Aurangabad and remove office objections within two weeks thereafter. 3.
