We have heard Mr. Pawar, learned counsel for petitioners, the learned AGP and Mr. Kulkarni, learned counsel for Respondent No.5. The grievance of the petitioners is that the petitioners are not being absorbed by the Zilla Parishad, Jalna though the orders are passed transferring the petitioners to Zilla Parishad, Jalna from Zilla Parishad, Gadchiroli and Yavatmal.

Respondent No.5 has filed an affidavit. The affidavit filed by Respondent No.5 states that the petitioners will be absorbed as and when the post will be available in future from their respective categories.

In view of the said affidavit, as and when the vacancy would arise with Respondent No.5, the petitioners would be accommodated from their respective categories.

The petitioners also may point out to Respondent No.5 if the vacancies arise with it.

The writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
