Learned Counsel for applicant submits that, applicant has deposited entire award amount, as per the order of learned Tribunal, Latur before this Court. This Court has permitted respondents to withdraw amount of Rs.25,00,000/- (rupees twenty fve lacs only) out of deposited amount. Hence, requested to stay the order passed by learned Tribunal, Latur.
