The applicants/appellants have moved this application seeking condonation of the delay of 625 days and 5684 days in filing the application to bring the legal representatives of appellant Nos. 1 and 3 on record and to Shrikant Malani

16.CA.8598.2025.odt permit them to take their names on record, for which the learned counsel for respondent Nos . 1 to 3 have given no objections. 2.

Having considered the reasons disclosed in the application and the no objection given by the learned counsel for respondent Nos. 1 to 3, the application is allowed in terms of prayer clauses (b) and (d). The delay caused in bringing the legal representatives of appellant Nos. 1 and 3 on record is condoned.

The amendment is to be carried out within two weeks from today.

Upon carrying out the amendment, a copy of the amended appeal memo shall be supplied to the respondents, within one week thereafter, failing which the appeal shall stand dismissed against appellant Nos. 1 and 3.
