Mr. Boinwad, the learned counsel for respondent No.4 submits that respondent No.4 is ready to forward the salary bills through the signature of petitioner No.2.

Mr. Patil, the learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners would co-operate in furnishing all the documents. The salary bills shall be forwarded under the signature of petitioner No.2. Mr. Patil, the learned counsel further submits that the salary bills would be submitted under the signature of petitioner No.2 within seven (7) days. Upon receipt of the salary bills, the Education Officer shall process it and shall pay the salary as would be legitimately admissible to all the employees.

Writ Petition is accordingly disposed off.
