Learned AGP waives service of notice for respondent nos.1 to 4. As respondent no.5 is a formal party, no notice is issued to him.

With the consent of the parties, the matter is taken up for final disposal.

The petitioner is claiming the benefits of time bound promotion/ACPS. The proposal for his claim was forwarded by the Head Master of respondent no.5 on 09.10.2024 to the respondent no.4, which has not been accepted. Learned counsel for the petitioner relies on the order passed by this Court in the matter of Alka Vasant Kande Vs. The State of Maharashtra and Others in Writ Petition No.8463 of 2024 dated 09.08.2024 and Prashant Anandrao Borse and

946-wp-12238-2024.odt (2) Others Vs. The State of Maharashtra and Others in Writ Petition No.4202 of 2012 dated 21.01.2014.

We propose to follow the same course as is done in the matters referred by the learned counsel above. The interest of the parties would be subserved by directing respondent no.4 to accept the proposal and consider it on its merit.
