ORDER :- 1.

Read the communication. It appears that the prosecution has closed its evidence and even the learned Judge has recorded statement of accused under Section 313 of the Code of Criminal Procedure. Though the matter was posted for argument on 02.03.2020 and it was partly heard, due to subsequent National Lock-down declared by the Government and continued till 31st July 2020, the case could not be disposed of.

In view of the same, the extension of three months as sought by the learned Judge is hereby granted. 3.

Inform the learned Judge accordingly.
