Against the order dated 22.08.2022 delivered by the Tahsildar, Renapur thereby reversing the mutation entry which was in favour of the petitioner, the petitioner has already taken out the proceedings questioning the same before the competent authority. 2.

In view of pendency of aforesaid proceedings, we refrain ourselves from causing interference in the petition and the petition is disposed of.

Hearing of the proceedings questioning the aforesaid order of the Tahsildar is expedited and it is directed that the said proceedings be decided without being influenced by disposal of the present petition.
