The petitioner's proposal is pending with the respondent no.2/Scrutiny Committee for validation.

The learned AGP submits that the vigilance enquiry has been conducted and the petitioner may be directed to receive a copy of it and file his reply.

We dispose of the writ petition by directing the Scrutiny Committee to decide the petitioner's proposal as expeditiously as possible and in any case within four months.

The petitioner shall appear before the Committee on 16.10.2023
