The application is filed for condonation of 649 days delay cased in filing Civil Revision Application against the decision of Reference Court. It is contended that initially the matter was pending in the Court of Civil Judge, Senior Division, Osmanabad and after creation of other Court at Tahsil place at Paranda the matter came to be transferred to that Court. It is contended that the applicant had no knowledge about transfer and so he did not go to that Court and his Advocate did not pay

-:(2):- attention to the matter and due to that he submitted that the matter is dismissed for want of evidence. Though the claimant had not appeared int hat matter when the matter was transferred to new Court. Learned A.G.P. opposed the application and submitted that the delay is not explained properly.

In view of the contents of the application and the submissions made, the application is allowed. Delay is condoned.

Issue notice to the Respondent in the main revision application. It is waived by learned A.G.P.

List the Civil Revision Application for final disposal on 7th January, 2016.
