During the pendency of the Writ Petition before this, the petitioner and respondent Nos.1 to 3 have entered into the compromise deed dated 07.01.2022 and in the light of the terms agreed in the deed, they seek disposal of the present Writ Petition. 3.
The dispute between the parties revolve around the tenancy rights, which resulted in filing of various proceedings before the Deputy Collector, the Maharashtra Revenue Tribunal and the High Court. With the intervention of their well wishers, a long standing dispute has been put to
*2* rest so as to maintain cordial relationship amongst them. 4.
The compromise deed is signed by all the petitioners and their advocate Shri Murge. The deed is also inked by respondent Nos.1, 2B, 2D and 3. Respondent No.2D (Pandurang Gangadhar Rudrawar) has signed the compromise deed for himself and also for respondent Nos.2A, 2C, 2E and 2F as he is authorized by the General Power of Attorney executed in his favour by the said respondents. Two general power of attorneys are placed on record along with the compromise deed. The compromise deed is also signed by the learned advocates Shri V.V. Bhavthankar and Shri V.D. Gunale, appearing for the respective parties. 5.
The compromise deed, verified by all the petitioners and the contesting respondents along with the photocopies of their Adhar Cards and two power of attorneys which authorized respondent No.2D to sign the compromise deed on behalf of respondent Nos.2A, 2C, 2E and 2F, is taken on record and marked as "X" for identification. 6.
I have also heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the respondents and perused the terms stipulated in the compromise deed. In paragraphs 1 to 7, the parties have expressed the terms of understanding arrived at between them and in the ultimate paragraph of the compromise deed, they have prayed for disposal of the writ petition. 7.
In the wake of the compromise terms entered into between the parties inter-se and since the petitioners are no more aggrieved by the
