This application is filed with limited prayer to replace earlier surety by another surety. It is submitted that, one Raosaheb s/o Vithal Munjal stood surety for the amount that was earlier withdrawn pursuant to the order dated 6th July 2021. Now, the said Raosahbe Munjal was to dispose of this property and therefore, he is withdrawn the solvency certificate. It is submitted that in his place one Eknath Machindra Kale is ready to offer his land towards

( 2 ) 27-CA-12698-2024 security for an amount withdrawn by the applicant. 2.

In view of the same, the application stands allowed in terms of prayer clause (C) and (D).
