The affidavit is filed by the respondent No.3Block Development Officer, Panchayat Samiti, Pachora. Para No. 9 of the affidavit reads as under:

"9. I say and submit that as per the General Administration Department (IT) of Maharashtra State passed the Resolution dated 20.11.2018, do not recover the payment of increment of any employee of state government. Same resolution issued by rural development department of Maharashtra Govt. on dated 20.12.2018. Both letters are annexed annexed herewith and amrked as Exhibit R- Collectively".

The present petition is also only to the extent of recovery of increment. In view of affidavit filed on record by the respondents, the purpose of the petition stands served.

Respondents accepted that recovery would not be made from the petitioner for the increment. 4.

In light of above, writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
