The petitioner's tribe certificate carries a spelling mistake as "Koli Mahadeo". In 2017, the petitioner was directed by the Scrutiny Committee vide order dated 16.03.2017, to get the certificate corrected. The petitioner approached the Sub Divisional Officer on 08.11.2021, which application does not carry any acknowledgment stamp.
