This petition is premature inasmuch as the petitioner has not approached the competent authority in the government. In that view of the matter, in case the petitioner has not approached the respondent authorities, he can approach the said authorities by filing an appropriate application, if not already filed. In case such an application is filed within a period of two weeks from today, the respondent authorities shall decide the same as expeditiously as possible, however, within eight weeks from the date of filing such an application.

The Criminal Writ Petition stands disposed of in the above terms.
