The petitioner has already been terminated on 26.09.2022, after he was provisionally appointed. The provisional appointment was brought to an end as the validity certificate was not produced.

The learned AGP submits that the hearing on the vigilance cell report is scheduled on 12.01.2023 and the final order would be pronounced on 31.01.2023.

The learned advocate for the petitioner submits that if the petitioner has not received the notice of hearing and the report of the vigilance cell, the same would be collected by

*2* 910wp12151o22 tomorrow evening (04th January, 2023) from the office of the Scrutiny Committee at Aurangabad. Thereafter, he would tender his written submissions on 12.01.2023 and would not seek an adjournment.

Having recorded the statements as above and that the Scrutiny Committee would be pronouncing it's order on 31.01.2023, this Writ Petition is disposed off. 5.
