These are the applications for condonation of delay caused in preferring the first appeals.

This Court by an order dated 07/01/2015 has directed the appellant to deposit the entire decretal amount within twelve weeks.

Learned Counsel for the applicants makes statement that within period of one week from today, he shall deposit 50% of the amount alongwith interest as ordered by the Reference Court and remaining 50% amount will be deposited within period of three months from today.

The statement is not objected, as such, is accepted. 5.
Upon depositing the amount, delay caused in preferring the appeals will be condoned. If the amount is not deposited within time stipulated, the civil applications for condonation of delay shall stand dismissed without reference to the Court, as appellant has failed to demonstrate their bonafide.

The civil applications for condonation of delay stand disposed of in above terms.

Interim order passed on 07/01/2015 in Civil Application No. 4 of 2015 is hereby continued for period of further three months from today.
