Under the orders of this Court, the Tahsildar, General Administration Department, Collector Officer, Ahmednagar Shri Sharad Barku Ghorpade has entered an additional affidavit in reply dated 15.03.2024. The entire calculations of the Central and State Freedom Fighters Pension payments are set out in the said affidavit.

The learned Advocate representing the Petitioner, submits on instructions that. considering the calculations set out, the misconception of the Petitioner as regards the amounts deposited in a bank account meant for the Central Pension Scheme and the other bank account meant for the State Pension Scheme, has been reconciled with and now there is no confusion.

( 2 ) wp13011.23 The only aspect that remains is a difference of Rs.20,000/-. 03.

The learned AGP submits that the amount is deposited in the State Bank of India and an instruction has been passed on to release Rs.20,000/- by depositing it in the State Freedom Fighters Pension Account, in the State Bank of India, Branch Shevgaon.

The Petitioner is satisfied and the Learned Advocate is instructed to say that the Petition is not pressed.
