This court while disposing of the appeal has directed to deposit Rupees Five Lakhs for a period of six years in any nationalised bank in the joint account of applicant nos. 1 and 2 with a permission to withdraw quarterly interest from the bank and further they are permitted to withdraw the balance amount including the amount of interest. However, before the expiry of one year this application is filed for withdrawal of the said amount of Rupees Five Lakhs.

I do not find any reason to permit the applicants to withdraw the said amount kept in F.D.R. for certain reasons. Application is rejected.
