Learned counsel for the applicant submits that on 12.6.2013 original claimant Sheshrao and after a gap of two months, his wife Godavari also died. Copies of death certificates of both of them are produced on record. Learned counsel submits that in the month of August, 2015 the applicants came to know about pendency of present appeal. Therefore, the delay has been caused in filing this civil application for bringing legal heirs on record. 2.

I have also heard learned counsel appearing for acquiring body/appellant. Considering the above submissions and for the reasons stated in the civil application, the same is allowed in terms of prayer clauses "B" and "C". Civil application is allowed and disposed of. ( V. K. JADHAV, J.) rlj/
