The learned counsel for petitioner submits that the proceedings have been taken for de-registration of the society-Sugar Factory. The petitioner is not seeking the protection, if the disqualification is incurred by the Directors, however, if the order of de-registration of the society is passed, the protection may be granted to the de-registration of the society-Sugar Factory.

We have already concluded that we are not inclined to entertain the petition and interfere in the proceedings. 4.

In case, the order is passed for de-registration of the Society under Section 21-A of the Maharashtra Co-operative Societies Act, 1960, then the copy of the order shall be served to the petitioner immediately and for a period of four days, the order of de-registration may not take effect.

Writ petition is disposed of accordingly.
