Heard the learned advocates for the parties.

The petitioner has putforth prayer clause 'B' as under:- B] By appropriate writ order or direction direct the respondent No. 3 to decide the representations dated 27-102020, 05-11-2020, 18-12-2020, 28-12-2020

(2) and 11-12-2021 preferred by the petitioner.

In view of the above, the learned advocate for the petitioner submits that respondent No.3 can consider his representation dated 27-10-2020.

As such, this petition is disposed off.

We expect respondent No.3 to consider the representation dated 27-10-2020 on it's own merits. If there are any stake holders or parties concerned, he would follow the due procedure laid down in law and grant adequate opportunity of hearing to all the parties and thereafter pass an order/decision/set out his response, on or before 30-09-2022.

We deem it appropriate to record that, the petitioner will not issue any threat of agitation and allow respondent No.3 to decide the proceedings, independently.
