The applicants are seeking withdrawal of amount by Suraj Rajkishor Sakshena to the extent of respective share of deceased Chhaya Rajkishor Sakshena from the deposited amount of compensation.

Admittedly, Suraj appears to be sole legal heir of deceased Chhaya and the learned Civil Judge (Junior Division), Pune has also granted succession certifcate in favour of Suraj on 22/09/2022. The learned AGP did not raise any strong objection. As such, the application stands allowed in terms of prayer clause-B and disposed of.
