Shri Khan, learned Advocate for the sole respondent rightly submits that a remedy under Section 44 of the Maharashtra Recognition of Trade Unions and Prevention of Unfair Labour Practices Act, 1971 is available to the petitioner for challenging the impugned judgment before the Industrial Court.
