This civil application is filed for bringing legal heirs of Applicant No. 1-1- Vasant s/o Dattopant Deshpande on record. According to applicant, there is no delay in preferring the civil application. Review Petitioner No. 1-1 has expired on 22.02.2021. Death certificate has been filed by applicant in support of said contention. Applicant submits that review petitioner No.1-1 is survived by his wife.

In view of explanation given by applicant in para 4, Bhagyawant Punde

{2} 904-ca-5161-2022 Civil Application is allowed. Abetment order against Applicant No. 1-1 is set aside.

Applicant is permitted to bring legal heirs of Applicant No. 1-1, on record.

Amendment to be carried out within two weeks from today.
