The Petitioner has cleanly passed her TET examination and has also qualified in the TAIT examination. Considering the extensive order of this Court dated 14.09.2023 delivered in WP No.8534/2023 (Hina Kausar Mohammad Riyaz Vs. State of Maharashtra and Others), she would be eligible for registering herself on the Pavitra Portal.

This Petition is, therefore, disposed off.

The learned advocate Shri Nikam submits, on instructions, khs/Sept.2023/12100

- 2 - that the Petitioner be called upon to send an individual e-mail on the email address "edupavitra2022@gmail.com" by setting forth her full name, her TAIT examination roll number, her cellular phone number, her Writ Petition number and the date of the order of this Court i.e. 29.09.2023. He assures that each case would be specifically scrutinized to the extent of the eligibility for registration on the Pavitra Portal and the Petitioner would be accordingly informed. 4.
