The applicants are seeking condonation of delay of 1485 days, which appears to be caused due to their fnancial crisis. 3.

The learned AGP and learned counsel for acquiring body strongly opposed the application. However, for the reasons stated in the application, the aforesaid delay of 1485 days stands condoned subject to condition that the applicant shall not claim any interest for the aforesaid period of delay. 4.
