When this court shown disinclination to entertain the present petition against the judgment and order dated 24.09.2024 passed by the learned Industrial Court, Dhule in Revision (ULP) No. 29 of 2023 directing the learned Labour Court for conducting enquiry as per Section 202 of the Criminal Procedure Code, on instructions, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners seeks leave to withdraw the petition with liberty to file a fresh proceeding as may be permissible in law challenging the subsequent orders, if any, passed by the learned Labour Court. 2.

In view of the above, the Criminal Writ Petition is disposed of as withdrawn, with liberty as prayed for. No order as to costs.
