PER COURT :- 1.

Heard the learned Counsel for the applicant. The applicant seeks relaxation of Condition No. iv imposed by the order dated 09/10/2024, passed by the Additional Sessions Judge, Nandurbar, while deciding Criminal Bail Application No. 276/2024. The said condition reads as follows : - "iv) The accused No.2/applicant shall not enter into Visarwadi, Tal. Navapur, Dsit. Nandurbar, until filing of final report or until further orders, whichever is earlier." 2.

The learned Counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant is a student and is facing difficulty in pursuing his education while staying outside District Nandurbar. He prays for the relaxation of this condition and assures the Court that the applicant will not tamper with prosecution evidence, interfere with witnesses, contact prosecution witnesses, or pose a threat to any person connected with the case. 3.

The learned APP opposes the relaxation of Condition No. iv. Page 1 of

Considering the submissions made by the applicant and the assurance provided, Clause No. iv in the order dated 09/10/2024, of the Additional Sessions Judge, Nandurbar, is deleted, subject to the condition that the applicant shall not influence the informant, witnesses, or any other person involved in the case, nor shall he tamper with the evidence.

Needless to say, violation of any of the aforementioned conditions may result in the cancellation of this order. 6.
