This application is filed for restoration of Writ Petition St. No. 3746 of 2024. The writ petition came to be disposed off in view of order passed by the learned Registrar (Judicial) of this Court dated 29.07.2024. Time was granted to remove office objections. On failure, the registration of the petition came to be refused. The petitioner is now ready to remove office objections within four weeks from today. There is delay of 51 days caused in filing the application. Since no notice was issued to the respondents in the petition, no notice is required to be given to the respondents in this application.
