The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that, the petitioner is feeding mother. She has sought transfer at the convenient place.

Mr. Aghav, learned counsel submits that, representation is rejected on the ground that, the same is not filed online.

The petitioner may file online representation with respondent-Zilla Parishad. The Chief Executive Officer may take decision on the online application filed by the petitioner preferably within a period of six (06) weeks from the date of filing online application. The Chief Executive Officer shall consider all the relevant aspects of the matter and the policy as applicable.
