By this application, the applicant seeks restoration of the writ petition, which was dismissed on account of non-removal of office objections, in the light of order dated 21.12.2023 passed by this Court. The delay in filing the present application is of 242 days. 2.

We have perused the application. For the reasons stated therein, we are inclined to allow the application, subject to payment of costs by the applicant.

In view of the above, the application is allowed, the delay is condoned, and the writ petition is restored to file, subject to the applicant removing the office objections within a period of two weeks from today and further subject to the applicant depositing cost of Rs. 2,000/- (Two Thousand only) with the Creche/Day Care Center, Advocates Association of Bombay High Court, Aurangabad, also within a period of two weeks from today.
