Heard learned counsel for the applicants, who are the legal representatives of original respondent No.1 in the appeal i.e. Harishchandra Irappa Aradwad, who admittedly died on 28/10/2022. Though there appears delay of 246 days, but there is no question of condoning the same since the appellant / acquiring body should have filed this application. The learned counsel for acquiring body remained absent. As such, application stands allowed in terms of prayer clause-C and disposed of.
