Heard rival submissions. All these applications are filed by the respective applicants for withdrawal of their respective amounts of compensation as shown in the applications along with the accrued interest thereon.

This Court in other similar matters has already permitted the applicants therein to withdraw 75% of the deposited amounts vide order dtd. 22.04.2022. As such same order will follow.

The applicants herein are allowed to withdraw their 50% respective amounts out of the deposited amounts along with the accrued interest thereon by furnishing usual undertaking before the learned Registrar (Judicial) of this Court.

The applicants are also allowed to withdraw their 25% respective amounts of the deposited amount along with the accrued interest thereon by furnishing solvent surety / security to the satisfaction of learned Registrar (Judicial) of this Court. 5.

The remaining amounts be invested in the F.D.R. in any Nationalized Bank till final disposal of these appeals. 6.
