Learned advocate for the applicants points out that delay is sought to be accounted for under the reasons as are appearing in civil application.

Learned advocate for the respondents is not in a position to dispute veracity of the reasons. In the facts and circumstances, it would be expedient to condone the delay occurred in filing second appeal.

In view of aforesaid, civil application stands granted in terms of prayer clause "B" and is disposed of. Interim relief to continue.
