As the impugned award is a money decree, the same can be stayed only on deposit of entire amount under the award.

Hence I pass the following order :- The effect and operation of the impugned judgment and award passed by the learned reference Court is stayed subject to condition that the applicant should deposit entire amount under the award, in this Court within a period of eight weeks from today.
