The present application is filed by the applicant/original claimant for condonation of delay of 906 days in filing the first appeal against impugned judgment and award dated 14.03.209 passed in L.A.R. No.199 of 2014.

Learned AGP as well as learned counsel for acquiring body opposed the application on the ground that delay is not properly explained.

For the reasons stated in the application, delay is condoned. Application is allowed on condition that applicant/claimant shall not be entitled for the statutory benefits
