We have heard Mr. Barlinge, the learned counsel for petitioners and the learned Assistant Government Pleader for respondents.

We are not going into the merits of the matter, in view of the fact that, the petitioners have already filed representation dated 20.01.2014 with regard to various aspects that is to regularize on the vacant post, etc. There are some orders passed by this Court earlier such as in Writ Petition No. 2595 of 1991 with other connected writ petitions dated 13th August, 2010. So also in Writ Petition No. 9620 of 2011 dated 27.03.2012.

The respondent authorities shall consider and decide the said representation on its own merits in accordance with law and policy expeditiously and preferably within a period of three (3) months from today. It is made clear that, we have not considered contentions of respective parties on merits. The writ petition accordingly is disposed of. No costs.
