The delay caused in filing this Civil Application is of 495 days. We had issued notice on 13th October, 2022. All the Respondents are served. Respondent Nos. 1 to 4 did not appear before us on 4th January, 2024. Today, none appears for the Respondents.

We have heard the learned AGP for the Applicant. We have perused the grounds set out. Since we find that the delay of 495 days is neither deliberate nor inordinate and considering the reasons, the Civil Application is allowed. Delay is condoned.
