Applicant seeks to condone the delay caused in filing the present CRA against the order dated 15.11.2022 passed by Civil Judge (S.D.), Dhule below Exh. 20 in R.C.S. No. 343 of 2018. 3.

Learned advocate for applicant submits that applicant is a Government Officer appointed as Liquidator on Shri Samarth Sahakari Pat Sanstha Maryadit. He submits that although he got knowledge about aforesaid order, he could not take steps to file revision application within time due to multiple litigation faced by him as a Liquidator. 4.

Considering the reasons, although there is no explanation for day to day delay, it is plausible and acceptable. The applicant has not derived any advantage by making delay since he is acting as a Liquidator for liquidation of Cooperative Societies.

The reasons as mentioned above are not disputed by respondent, although they are served with notice. 6.

In the result, application is allowed. Delay of 598 days caused in filing revision application is condoned. Revision application be registered.
