Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that the caste (tribe) validation proceedings in respect of the petitioner are pending with respondent no.02 - Committee since 2014. The Vigilence Cell has submitted its report.

In the light of above, respondent no.02 - Committee shall decide tribe validation proceedings in respect of the petitioner, within a period of two months from the date of appearance of the petitioner before the Committee. The petitioner shall appear before the Committee on 22nd October 2019. Depending on the judgment that would be delivered by the Committee, respondent nos.03 and 04 shall take appropriate steps in the matter. Till decision by the Committee, respondent nos.03 and 04 shall not take adverse action against the petitioner on the ground of non-submission of tribe validity certificate. 03.

With the above directions, the writ petition is disposed of.
