Learned AGP waives service even for respondent no. 4. 3.

At the joint request of both the sides, we have heard the matter finally at the stage of admission.

Petitioner is claiming time bound promotion having worked in the respondent no. 5 - school, being run by respondent no. 4 institute.

It transpires that for whatever reason, respondent no. 4 has been appointed as an administrator and respondent no. 5, in fact, is the incharge headmaster.

It appears that since the original record was not handed over by the erstwhile headmaster, the record including the confidential reports of the petitioner is not traceable with the school. 7.

Since already an administrator has been appointed and the incharge headmaster is looking after the school affairs, we dispose of the writ petition by directing them to co-ordinate and make a suitable proposal to the Education Officer, by taking appropriate steps. 8.

The Education Officer shall issue notice to the earlier headmaster - Mr. Saudagar Nihal Jafarsab, soliciting the confidential reports of the petitioner and record and decide the proposal, as expeditiously as possible, and in any case, within six (6) weeks.
