Learned counsel for the applicant submits on instructions that the applicant is interested only in early hearing of the matter. He submits that even after giving time limit for disposal of the case, no substantive progress is made in the case. Learned APP submits that on 10.12.2014 one more witness came to be examined. This Court had called report of the presiding officer. Report is produced. It can be said that case can be disposed of within 45 days. This time limit is fixed.

The Registrar Judicial is to send copy of this order to the learned Judge of the Trial Court and inform accordingly. 3.
