Heard rival submissions. All these applications are filed by the respective applicants for withdrawal of respective amounts as shown in the application along with the accrued interest thereon. On the last date vide order dtd. 23.09.2022, this Court had sought information from Registry as to how much amounts are lying with this Court being the amounts of respective amounts. Accordingly, the Registrar (Judicial) vide Communication dtd.29.09.2022 has forwarded the report of Section Officer, P.L.A. Branch mentioning the exact amounts of the respective applicants. The learned counsel for the applicants as well as the learned counsel for the Acquiring Body

did not dispute the figures as shown by the Section Officer. As such, the respective amounts as shown in the last column of the report be paid to the concerned applicants, as prayed.
