Heard. Civil Application No. 6598/2024 is by the claimant for directing the appellant to deposit entire amount of compensation as per the award passed by the learned Reference Court and Civil Application No. 6599/2024 is for withdrawal of amount.

The learned advocate for the applicant has produced on record the copy of the order dated 26.4.2024 passed by this Court in Civil Application No. 9500/2023 in First Appeal No. 2584/2021 and other connected matters wherein this Court has permitted the applicants therein to withdraw the amount. Hence, the following order.

ORDER

(i) Applicant is allowed to withdraw entire amount deposited in this Court along with the accrued interest thereon by furnishing usual undertaking. (ii) The appellant is further directed to deposit the balance amount and the interest amount within four weeks from today. With this, civil applications are allowed and disposed of accordingly.
