Considering the law laid down by the Honourable Apex Court in the matter of Gurudassing Nawoosing Panjwani vs. State of Maharashtra and others, 2016 (2) SCC 213, the petitioners have a statutory remedy of filing a Second Revision under Section 257 of the Maharashtra Land Revenue Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submit that they would prefer the second revision within four weeks from today and the time spent in this Court may be considered as a ground for condonation of delay, if any.

In view of the above, this petition is disposed off with liberty to akl/d
