Mr. Natu, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has moved the Hon'ble Minister for passing orders based on the enquiry report, however no decision has been taken.

In case the complaints of the petitioner dated 27.02.2017 (Exhibit-B) and 27.09.2017 (Exhibit-A) are pending with the Hon'ble Minister,

2 wp 13050.18 then the Hon'ble Minister and / or the competent Authority shall take decision upon it on its own merits, in accordance with law and policy, expeditiously and preferably within a period of six (6) months from today.

The writ petition accordingly stands disposed of. No costs.
