The writ petition was dismissed for non-removal of the office objections. By this application, prayer is made for restoration with a prayer to condone delay of 91 days.

For the reasons mentioned in the application, the application is allowed. Delay is condoned and the writ petiton is restored subject to the condition that the petitioner deposits costs of Rs.3,000/- in the Office within two weeks and removes the office objections by then.
