I have heard the learned Advocate for the applicants/ petitioners and on behalf of the LR's of deceased respondent No.1 and 3. Learned Advocate for the LR's submit that they desire to participate in the pending writ petition. Considering the delay of 8 years and 3 months and 9 years and 6 months respectively, it is submitted that heavy costs may be imposed and the amount be donated for the treatment of poor patients.

Considering the above, this application is allowed. 3.

The applicants shall deposit an amount of Rs.5,000/- (Rs.Five thousand only) each with the Government Medical College and khs/AUGUST 2018/10355-d

Hospital, Aurangabad, through Medical Officer, High Court Dispensary, Aurangabad, either in cash or by Demand Draft (Demand Draft be drawn in the name of "Dean, Government Medical College and Hospital, Aurangabad CSR Fund"), on or before 31/08/2018. After the compliance of the above direction, the LR's would be brought on record on or before 07/09/2018. Mr.Shaikh, learned Advocate causes an appearance on behalf of the LR's in the writ petition.

Considering the above, writ petition be listed for final hearing on 25/10/2018.
