Learned counsel for applicant submits that present Revision Application is filed against the order passed by the learned Family Court, Aurangabad, granting interim maintenance. However, section 19 of the Family Courts Act, 1984, revision is not maintainable against any interlocutory order. He, therefore, seeks permission to convert present Revision Application into Civil Writ Petition.

In view of above fact, permission granted to converted present Revision Application into Civil Writ Petition. 3.

After carrying out necessary amendment, matter be placed before appropriate Bench.
